Earlier this week, Team Cherry announced that they were going to make an announcement regarding Hollow Knight. Following that pre-announcement, fans received exactly what they were expecting . . . and then some! Fans – including us here at PixelBay – ran under the assumption it was going to be DLC, but as the people quickly realized, Hollow Knight: Silksong was far more than mere DLC. This was a sequel.
Hollow Knight: Silksong allows the player to take control of Hornet. The second entry to the series will bring you to a new kingdom with new biomes to boot. The game will have one hundred and fifty brand new adversaries, moves, score, game mode (following its completion), and more.
Following the success of the Kickstarted game, Team Cherry is providing those who’s pledged $10AUD or more a free of the game. This offer extends to both PC and Switch backers.
Team Cherry has not yet set any release date for Hollow Knight: Silksong.
